After a not-so short stint on the product side at Microsoft, Tom embraced a career in branding, digital, advertising and media strategy. Tom kicked off his 24+ years in this second phase of his career with Director roles at TW2 Digital in the UK before founding and helming Iconic Brand Agency as Managing Director for nine.
In his 30+year career, James worked for advertising agencies DDB and OMD, headed up large accounts at Mojo Brisbane, and took on Group Account Director roles at Idea Works and STW. Moving over to the business side of the business, James held senior roles at tribe (STW) and Publicis Asia.
At Audience Group, Tori Chandler applies her Master of Data Science to solving media and advertising puzzles. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience (with Honours), concurrently, Chandler obtained her Master of Data Science at Deakin University.

Peter is a proficient and creative design professional with three decades of experience producing effective designs both on schedule and budget. At Audience Group, Peter manages capacity and cohesion between teams to keep the workflows flowing with velocity and precision, ensuring client artwork and design materials are on point and on time. The diploma in HR Management that Peter added to his skill set gives his operational and people management approach an edge that motivates team morale, productivity and production quality.
